  Great service, lovely people, but after we got home with our 10 sacks of Kai chunk coal , we were disappointed to find the sacks were at least 1/3 full to 1/2 of pea sized coal and dust. Feeling ripped off.
  Went to Gibbs today and explained what we found, and was told that they can't guarantee that we would get what we paid for...chunks. after being loyal customers and referring them to others, won't be going back
